My Ideal Client

I work with teens and adults of all ages. Most of my clients are men wishing to heal from past trauma, get in touch with their feelings, and become better versions of themselves. As a gay man, I'm especially passionate about the wellbeing of other gay men and queer people. I'm also conversationally fluent in Spanish, which may better meet your needs in therapy. Language and culture play a big role in healing.

My Approach to Helping

We all need a safe space to sit with challenging thoughts and feelings and be supported by someone else. My belief is you’re the expert of your own life. Your context matters to me, and your thoughts and your feelings will guide us as you move toward a more fulfilling, peaceful life. Starting therapy can be a difficult first step to a very rewarding journey.
