My Ideal Client

As a queer man, I’m passionate about the wellbeing of other queer men. I create a supportive environment for men of all identities to navigate fear and shame. I’m conversationally fluent in Spanish, which may better meet your needs in therapy. Language and culture play a big role in healing. I also enjoy working with young people transitioning from adolescence to adulthood. It’s an exciting stage of life that can stir up some serious depression and anxiety.

My Approach to Helping

We all need a safe space to sit with challenging thoughts and feelings and be supported by someone else. My belief is you’re the expert of your own life. Your context matters to me, and your thoughts and your feelings will guide us as you move toward a more fulfilling, peaceful life. Starting therapy can be a difficult first step to a very rewarding journey.
