My Ideal Client

Are you in a family that is struggling to find its way? If so, I am glad you are here. Relationships can be a source of great happiness and also be a cause of unlimited hurt. Are your children struggling with family or life events? Are they having a hard time coping with changes? My goal is to help you or your child navigate your relationships and improve your overall well-being. I am here to help you reach your goals and enhance your objectives.

My Approach to Helping

I am here to listen and walk alongside you without judgment and help you work through life's many challenges. My goal is to create an atmosphere where you feel comfortable and safe. I use Strength-Based, Person-Centered, and Emotionally Focused therapies. I work with children, teenagers, adults, families, and couples with issues ranging from anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, and difficult life transitions. I have strong foundational knowledge and have been trained in play therapy and parent-child relationships. I believe that everyone has the ability to heal, grow, and create a better life for themselves, and sometimes all they need is a little help.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a Marriage and Family registered associate, I have experience working with children, families, and couples. My personal experience as a wife and a mother of four children has helped me gain insight into life’s challenges. I am especially interested in working with couples that need support with other life transitions and relationship problems. I am also passionate about working with children and helping them navigate challenging issues.
