My Ideal Client

I work with creative, compassionate adults who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, burnout, or relationship stress—especially those who appear successful on the outside but feel disconnected or dissatisfied on the inside. I especially enjoy working with high achievers and women navigating pressure, perfectionism, or identity stress in historically male-dominated industries. If you’re seeking therapy that feels grounded, supportive, and affirming, we may be a good fit.

My Background and Approach

I became a therapist because I experienced firsthand how powerful the right therapeutic relationship can be. When I needed support, therapy gave me a space to feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood—and that experience continues to shape the way I show up as a for my own clients today. For over 12 years, I have helped adults navigate anxiety, low self-esteem, and the pressure that often comes with being a high achiever. Therapy is a collaborative process where we explore patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses that may no longer be serving you. Together, we work toward greater self-awareness, confidence, and emotional balance so you can move through life in a way that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

My Values as a Therapist

My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex-positive, and honors all bodies and identities. I emphasize transparency in an effort to increase my clients’ understanding of themselves and the therapy process, and to share information that increases their ability to advocate for their own needs. In therapy, we’ll explore how the many parts of who you are—your relationships, roles, values, cultural background, and the social systems you move within—shape your experiences and emotional well-being. By increasing awareness of these patterns, you can develop greater self-trust, resilience, and a deeper sense of alignment in your life.

Techniques I Use

Specialties

  • Humanistic  External link

I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role as your therapist is not to tell you who to be, but to help you better understand yourself and uncover the insights you already hold. Through a collaborative and client-centered therapy process, we’ll work together to support the growth and change you’re seeking.

  • Relational  External link

How I show up as a therapist reflects who I am as a person. I value curiosity, compassion, humor, and open-mindedness, and I bring these values into every therapy session. When working together, this approach helps create a safe, supportive environment where trust, respect, and emotional safety can grow—especially for clients navigating anxiety, self-doubt, or the pressures of high achievement.

Issues I Treat

Specialties

  • Anxiety External link

Maybe you’ve noticed you’re worrying more than usual, feeling on edge for no clear reason, or constantly bracing for what might go wrong. Anxiety can show up as racing thoughts, tightness in your body, or habits that once helped you cope but no longer feel like they’re serving you. If you’re looking for anxiety therapy, you don’t have to navigate this alone. In our work together, we’ll explore how anxiety shows up in your body, influences your thoughts, and shapes your day-to-day behaviors.

  • Self-Esteem External link

In therapy, we’ll explore where your sense of worth comes from and whether those beliefs are still serving you. Together, we’ll work to untangle external pressure from your identity so you can build a more compassionate, grounded relationship with yourself. This work is about developing self-acceptance, confidence, and a sense of worth that feels authentic to you.

  • Personal Growth External link

If you’ve lost enthusiasm for your relationships, work, or day-to-day life, it may be a sign that something isn’t aligned anymore. Therapy can be a supportive space to explore what’s no longer working and what you might be longing for instead. Together, we’ll look at your values, passions, doubts, and patterns to better understand what’s been shaping your experience. This process can help you reconnect with a sense of meaning, direction, and authenticity in your life.
