My Approach to Helping
My work is rooted in an empathetic, person-centered approach and guided by the understanding that healing happens through mind, body, and spirit. I draw from evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, IFS, MI, and somatic therapy. I aim to meet each person where they are while holding a commitment to trauma-informed, anti-oppressive care.
