My Approach to Helping

We primarily offer medication management services and are not currently accepting new patients for psychotherapy alone. Personally, I take a trauma-informed perspective on mental health care. For example, I am trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), an evidence-based trauma therapy. I also employ ADHD coaching, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), internal family systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based (MBCT) techniques. Intake available every week with our valued providers. Skycloud Mental Health is a clinical placement site for Yale School of Nursing students.

I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from Oregon Health & Science University, and have been working in the psychiatric field since 2015. I've worked at the Los Angeles LGBT Center, the largest LGBT Center in the US, and would love the opportunity to broaden the reach of LGBTQ+ affirming mental health care through telepsychiatry.
