My Ideal Client

I enjoy working with young adults, families and couples. I have worked with all ages and do not turn anyone away due to age however. I have extensive work with minority populations, enjoy diversity and wont shy away from conversations around race , culture or oppression. Bring your honest self and be committed to this process and I will give you my best each and every session.

My Approach to Helping

There is no one size fits all for healing and growth. We work together and try out different styles of therapy based on your needs. My foundation is based on attachment theory. I look at most diagnosis and distress through the lens of trauma and family systems. I also rely on my intuitive wisdom, guide you to rely on the wisdom of your body and work on building our relationship so that trust is secure.

I believe in dismantling systems of oppression and I stand with all those oppressed. Specially those who have been historically oppressed.
