My Approach to Helping

I approach therapy through a liberatory and trauma-informed lens, recognizing that many of our struggles are shaped not only by our own direct experiences but also by systemic factors and cultural expectations! I draw from EFT, ACT, and somatic approaches while remaining flexible to what feels most supportive and meaningful for your goals. As a South Asian woman, I also bring lived experience and a culturally responsive lens to our work, honoring the ways culture, identity, family, and community shape our experiences.
