My Ideal Client

We all yearn for a sense of belonging – to be seen and accepted for who we are – but how do we go about the hard work of truly meeting and accepting ourselves, especially when it feels like we’re swimming against the current? If you’re looking to connect with a deeper sense of self, or long to deepen your connection with others, I’d like to help. Come back home to yourself. I want to help you find and experience a true sense of felt safety that honors your story and celebrates your strengths.

My Approach to Helping

I integrate mindfulness, somatic experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Hakomi, and a variety of nervous system regulation techniques to help you find your even keel when the seas get rough. Originally from Scotland, I have lived in the U.S. for 10 years. My journey of immigration and belonging informs my sensitivity to identity, culture, and the many ways we seek connection. My background includes hospice volunteering, yoga instruction, and care work with individuals with neurodivergence—shaping my appreciation for the mind–body connection.
