Do you struggle with feeling disconnected from yourself and other people? Do you have a hard time putting your needs first? Is your anxiety making it hard to do the things you love? Do you wonder if life should feel this hard? Now more than ever, people are feeling lonely, disconnected, anxious, overwhelmed, and uncertain about how to handle life. Our goal is to facilitate lasting healing. Contact us today for a free consultation, and we’ll get started on your journey together.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I'm a proud dog mom hailing from the Pacific Northwest, passionate about embarking on various adventures such as kayaking, hiking, motorcycle riding, and indulging in glamping. While I maintain a moderate dedication to weight lifting, my true devotion lies within exploring the vibrant culinary landscape of Portland. I have a voracious appetite for learning, particularly through nonfiction books. During my leisure hours, I enjoy immersing myself in DIY home improvement projects, aspiring to be a competent house fixer-upper.
