My Ideal Client

I work well with individuals who want to explore who they are and feel more connected to themselves and others. The clients I see often identify with having a history of trauma and may struggle with self-esteem, depression, or anxiety. My goal is to provide the safety needed for exploring the emotions and inner conflicts that underlie the issues bringing you to therapy.

My Approach to Helping

My approach to therapy is relational and exploratory. We'll explore your relationship with others, the therapy relationship, and past experiences. I'll encourage you to freely express what's important to you, and what's on your mind. When we express freely, significant themes emerge that can lead us toward areas of inner experience to explore further. This often involves bringing curiosity to protective patterns as they emerge in our work. We'll integrate your experience of old and new ways of being, so that new meaning, choice, and flexibility can emerge.
