My approach to couples counseling is a blend of Gestalt therapy and Emotionally Focused therapy. I listen with an open mind and heart and speak with compassion and understanding . It is not my role to pass judgement. I work to support people in finding their own voice in asking for what they need and want.

Anxiety
Anxiety can take many forms, what is consistent across the board is the discomfort of anxiety. In addition to talk therapy I introduce people to the aplha stim machine. Through micro current waves the brain moves from agitated state to a more relaxed brain wave...the alpha wave. Helpful anxiety, depression and sleep issues.

Aspergers
My work with people diagnosed as being on the Asperger's spectrum is to be both therapist and coach. Healing from a lifetime of feeling different and learning ways to be more effective in social and emotional situations.
