My Ideal Client

I enjoy working with people who wish there was something different about their life; people who feel stuck. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, body & sex positive, anti-racist, and spiritually open. I value working with all ages, as well as couples & families. Everyone is welcome here!

My Approach to Helping

My aim is to facilitate a process wherein clients develop trust in their own intuition, tapping into the depth of their emotions. As your therapist, I will help guide you in examining what is not working in your relationships and in your life. And together, we will find ways to create change. My therapeutic approach pulls from Emotion-Focused, Person-Centered, and Attachment lenses. I am a supportive presence, walking beside my clients at their pace while offering affirmation and gentle nudges towards their goals along the way. Healing is possible and it can happen here.

Why I Became a Therapist

I believe that therapy is for everyone — therapists included! Therapy has been an important part of my healing work in both my relationships and self-discovery. In therapy, I learned that I could trust myself — that what my gut was telling me was accurate. I believe that we're all born with innate wisdom but oftentimes, that quiet knowing can get lost in the noise of life. My goal is to facilitate a space where we can learn how you can access your intuition so you can make decisions to move out of that "stuck" place and begin to create relationships that you feel not only fulfilled by but proud of. I believe that healthy relationships are what heal us. My lived experience has taught me that one of the most transformative relationships is a supportive therapeutic relationship, between a therapist & their client. As your therapist, it would be an honor to offer that support to you as you find healing and growth.
