My systemic therapeutic approach is rooted in Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Polyvagal Theory. I am passionate about sex positivity, perinatal sexual and mental health, body image, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. I acknowledge that larger systems create barriers for us to feel and present ourselves authentically.
