My Ideal Client

I support adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. I offer thorough ADHD assessments and help people who feel overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves. If you're seeking clarity, grounding, or simply a space where you’re understood, I’ll help you find relief, deepen insight, and reconnect with your strengths in a collaborative, supportive way.

My Background and Approach

I integrate medical expertise with a deep respect for the mind–body connection. As a board-certified Psychiatric and Family Nurse Practitioner with more than twenty years of clinical experience, I understand mental health within the broader landscape of physical, emotional, and relational well-being. My background in family medicine gives me a holistic lens that values both biology and lived experience. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help uncover and release patterns that keep people feeling stuck, while offering thoughtful, neuroscience-informed medication support. My approach is collaborative, curious, and compassionate. I believe healing comes from restoring balance, insight, and a deeper connection to one’s own resilience.

My Approach to Helping

I believe each person carries an innate capacity to heal—sometimes you just need the time, space, and support to reconnect with that inner knowing. In a world that pulls you in many directions, it’s easy to lose sight of what’s beneath the surface. My approach is holistic and grounded; I create a calm, focused space where we slow down, explore the root of what’s getting in your way, and understand how your mind, body, and experiences intersect. Together, we work to support healing in a compassionate, intentional, and effective way, so you can move toward greater balance, clarity, and emotional steadiness.

Issues I Treat

Specialties

  • ADHD External link

I have extensive experience diagnosing and treating ADHD in adults and approach care with a thoughtful balance of medical expertise and practical support. My focus is on helping you understand your unique patterns, improve daily functioning, and build tools that support focus, motivation, and emotional steadiness. Whether ADHD is newly identified or something you've carried for years, you don’t have to navigate it alone, we’ll work together to create strategies and relief that fit your life.

  • Anxiety External link

I recognize how overwhelming and debilitating anxiety can be and approach treatment with empathy and care. I use evidence-based medication approaches along with Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help calm the nervous system, reduce intrusive thoughts, and build a greater sense of safety and ease.

  • Women's Issues External link

I work with women navigating life transitions such as young adulthood, motherhood, and perimenopause. Many of the women I see are used to caring for everyone and everything else, often feeling depleted in the process. Together we work to restore balance, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect to a sense of vitality and self-trust.

  • Self-Esteem External link

Low self-esteem often develops from years of self-criticism, comparison, or unmet expectations. In our work together, we explore the patterns that keep you doubting yourself and begin to rebuild confidence from the inside out. My goal is to help you develop self-compassion, clear boundaries, and a stronger sense of worth that supports genuine well-being.

  • Personal Growth External link

Personal growth often begins with curiosity about who we are and what gives life meaning. For some, this process can feel deeply spiritual; for others, it’s about self-understanding and alignment. I help clients explore growth in a way that feels authentic, grounded, and connected to their values.
