My Ideal Client

My approach is warm, collaborative, and holistic, drawing from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, EFT tapping, and other somatic therapies. I believe wellness involves the whole person—mind, body, emotions, and spirit—and I help clients develop practical skills while reconnecting with their authentic selves.

My Approach to Helping

Why I Became a Therapist

When I'm not in the therapy room, you'll find me hiking or running trails with my kids. I often get lost, and I've learned thats sometimes how we find ourselves. I consider it an honor to walk alongside my clients on that journey.

Techniques I Use

Specialties

  • Existential External link

I use existential therapy alongside CBT and mindfulness because together, they help clients navigate both the practical and deeper emotional layers of life. CBT offers tools to challenge unhelpful thought patterns and mindfulness builds awareness of the present moment, existential therapy invites reflection on meaning, values, and personal responsibility.

  • Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) External link

CBT and Existential combination allows clients not only to reduce symptoms like anxiety or depression, but also to reconnect with a sense of purpose, identity, and choice. It creates space for healing and growth on both a practical and profound level.

  • Mindfulness-based External link
