My Ideal Client

As a both a couples and individual therapist, I help people better understand the patterns that keep them feeling stuck — whether it's conflict, historical or present trauma, or the sense that you're speaking different emotional languages. Relationships are layered and complex, and it's easy to fall into cycles that feel familiar but leave both people feeling unheard or disconnected. My work is grounded in curiosity, empathy, and a deep respect for each person’s experience and story.

My Approach to Helping

My work is informed by IFS, Attachment theory, EFT, and Relational Life Therapy created by Terry Real.

Our Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that all humans are inherently good, and that within each of us is an inner wisdom that longs to be acknowledged, both by ourselves and in relationship with others.

As a trained systems therapist, I approach couples counseling with a deep understanding of how individual behaviors and relational dynamics are influenced by broader systems, such as family, culture, and past experiences. By exploring the context in which conflicts arise, I help couples gain insight into their patterns and uncover the underlying issues contributing to disconnection. With new understanding comes new hope for the relationship.
