I work with adults and LGBTQIA2S+ clients who are navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. Many of my clients are neurodivergent or in recovery and seek support in moving from survival toward greater fulfillment. Together, we explore patterns that keep you stuck while building tools to align your life with your values. My goal is to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
Specialties
I use ACT to help clients move toward lives guided by their values rather than being controlled by painful thoughts or feelings. Through mindfulness, acceptance, and committed action, clients learn to build psychological flexibility and reduce avoidance. I have training and experience applying ACT with adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions, supporting them in creating meaningful, lasting change.
I use CBT to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. By combining cognitive strategies with practical behavioral tools, clients gain skills to better manage emotions, reduce distress, and create meaningful change. I have experience applying CBT with diverse clients, including LGBTQIA2S+ and neurodivergent adults, in both individual and group settings.
I integrate existential therapy to help clients explore meaning, purpose, and authenticity in their lives. Rather than focusing only on symptom relief, this approach emphasizes living in alignment with your values and navigating life’s challenges with greater awareness and freedom. I use existential therapy alongside CBT and ACT to support adults and LGBTQIA2S+ clients in cultivating resilience, self-acceptance, and deeper connection.
I use Motivational Interviewing to support clients who feel ambivalent about change, including those navigating recovery, mental health challenges, or life transitions. This collaborative, non-judgmental approach helps clients clarify their values, strengthen motivation, and build confidence in their ability to make lasting changes. I integrate MI with CBT and ACT to empower clients to move from feeling stuck toward meaningful growth.
I incorporate somatic therapy to help clients recognize the ways trauma, stress, and emotions are held in the body. By building awareness of physical sensations and practicing grounding techniques, clients can regulate their nervous system and foster greater resilience. I integrate somatic approaches with CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care to support healing, especially for clients managing PTSD, anxiety, and relationship challenges.
Specialties
I have a deep commitment to supporting LGBTQIA2S+ clients, drawing from both professional training and lived experience. My approach is affirming, culturally responsive, and grounded in an understanding of the unique challenges faced by LGBTQIA2S+ communities. I help clients explore identity, relationships, trauma, and life transitions while building resilience, self-acceptance, and a stronger connection to their values and sense of belonging.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients experiencing suicidal thoughts or feelings of hopelessness. Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT-informed skills, and safety planning, I work collaboratively to reduce immediate risk while addressing the underlying pain driving these thoughts. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move toward hope, connection, and a life worth living.
I provide affirming support for neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD and autism. I help clients build on their strengths, develop strategies for daily challenges, and navigate environments that may not always be supportive. My approach is collaborative and non-pathologizing, aimed at fostering self-acceptance, resilience, and tools to thrive while honoring your unique way of being.
I work with clients experiencing depression, sadness, and loss of motivation. My approach combines CBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing to help you break patterns of hopelessness and reconnect with what makes life meaningful. Together, we focus not only on symptom relief but also on cultivating resilience, purpose, and joy, so you can move toward a life guided by your values.
I support clients living with Borderline Personality Disorder, DID, and DD using a blend of DBT-informed skills, CBT, and a compassionate, culturally responsive lens. Together, we work on regulating emotions, managing distress, and building healthier relationships. I strive to create a non-judgmental space where you feel understood and supported as you learn new tools, increase self-acceptance, and move toward stability and growth.
