My Ideal Client

My goal is to help you find a greater sense of ease after ongoing trauma/stress. I offer Somatic Experiencing sessions, which is a modality known for improving nervous system regulation. This may be a good fit for you if you have tried other therapy methods without sensing success, or feel as though your history is “too much.” I often work with individuals navigating ongoing health challenges, chronic pain, and/or brain injury.

My Background and Approach

Before working as a therapist, I studied sciences at an international research university. That foundation, combined with experience in wilderness therapy, crisis mental health, and intensive youth services, shapes my approach. I have 300 hours of training in trauma-sensitive yoga and am an advanced-level Somatic Experiencing practitioner-in-training.

Those I work with are typically surprised by how subtle, yet impactful, our work together may be.
