I specialize in supporting individuals and couples, LGBTQIA2S+ clients, and those navigating anxiety, life transitions, attachment wounds, and relationship issues. I also help clients integrating after psychedelic assisted therapy. Using a trauma-informed, holistic approach, I focus on nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and shifting patterns. I provide a gender-affirming, inclusive space for clients from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds and immigrant communities.
Specialties
I work with individuals and couples to understand and improve relationships. This is done by working with you to gain insight into your emotional pain, as well as the fight or flight responses that can occur in those moments, in order to empower you to choose a different path that aligns with your values. These patterns are then practiced and reinforced each session in order to help you gain new mastery over your mental health and solidify behavioral change.
Struggling to communicate with your partner? Do you love each other deeply but feel tired of the conflict that pushes you apart? Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) helps you understand your attachment patterns, connect vulnerably, and reshape the cycles that keep you feeling stuck or distant. Through this work, you’ll be supported in building a more secure, responsive, and deeply connected bond with one another.
Specialties
Anxiety amplifies things- especially the unknown. Mindfulness can help slow the process down and help us make wiser decisions about how to move forward. I work with many clients in both individual and relational therapy to address anxiety using the latest developments in mindfulness.
I help individuals and couples feel closer by identifying the source of their reactivity patterns, and work alongside them to improve communication. This healing process includes accessing vulnerability, nurturing one another's sense of self, and strengthening emotional connection so partners can respond with empathy and connection.
Whether you were raised by immigrant parents or immigrated to the U.S., navigating multiple cultures often means maintaining one foot in each world. I work with first-generation and immigrant clients to explore the push and pull of identity, cultural expectations, and adjustment impacts. Together, we make space to honor where you come from and begin exploring what you need in order to have a life that feels authentic and grounded, while reducing internal conflicts that arise.
