My Ideal Client

I specialize in supporting individuals and couples, including creatives, LGBTQIA2S+ clients, and those navigating anxiety, life transitions, attachment wounds, and relationship issues. I also help clients integrating after psychedelic assisted therapy. Using a trauma-informed, holistic approach, I focus on nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and shifting patterns. I provide a gender-affirming, inclusive space for clients from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds and immigrant communities.

My Approach to Helping

I combine mindfulness, somatic techniques, and parts work to help you regulate emotions, build confidence, feel more embodied, and shift long-standing patterns. I use IFS-Informed therapy, trauma-informed care, Restoration Therapy, Brainspotting, and the Gottman Method to support emotional healing and relationship growth. I also assist clients in processing psychedelic-assisted therapy experiences and navigating life transitions in a thoughtful, holistic way.

Why I am a Good Fit for You

In our work together, I help you navigate anxiety, ruminating thoughts, personal changes, relationship conflicts, and creative blocks in a non-judgmental and supportive way. I maintain a trauma-informed lens that integrates mind-body-spirit connection in order to help clients build self-trust, confidence and emotional resilience. My approach is collaborative: in the first few sessions, we’ll assess if we’re a good fit, and together, we’ll create a treatment plan tailored to your unique goals, supporting lasting personal growth and emotional well-being. Feel free to book a free 20-minute consultation with me.

Techniques I Use

Specialties

  • Relational  External link

I work with individuals and couples to understand and improve relationships. This is done by working with you to gain insight into your emotional pain, as well as the fight or flight responses that can occur in those moments, in order to empower you to choose a different path that aligns with your values. These patterns are then practiced and reinforced each session in order to help you gain new mastery over your mental health and solidify behavioral change.

  • Brainspotting External link

I have been trained in Brainspotting, an approach that supports trauma.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) External link

Issues I Treat

Specialties

  • Anxiety External link

Anxiety amplifies things- especially the unknown. Mindfulness can help slow the process down and help us make wiser decisions about how to move forward. I work with many clients in both individual and relational therapy to address anxiety using the latest developments in mindfulness.

  • Relationship / Marriage Issues External link

I help individuals and couples identify the source of their reactivity or explore patterns, and then assist them in building new habits. This includes accessing vulnerability, nurturing one another's sense of self, staying connected and valuing themselves in order to have enough to give to the relationship.

  • Gender Identity External link
