Many of my patients report wanting to address concerns about anxiety, anger, and uncertainty. Some wish to engage in personal growth and feel a stronger sense of purpose and meaning in their lives. Fear of death and worry about unsatisfying relationships are common themes. Currently, quite a few patients wish to process concerns about overwhelm and disconnection, especially pertaining to the COVID-19 pandemic. Others are interested in processing and better understanding political issues.

Facilitating groups is one of my specialities. Members regularly express how profoundly meaningful group work has been for them. This semi-structured group provides a safe space to build more authentic connections, receive support and feedback, and learn about how others experience you. The group will have up to 6 members and begin on Tuesday, February 20th. Various insurance plans are accepted.
