My Ideal Client

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief and loss, and relationship issues. A big part of what draws me to a career in counseling is the opportunity to make a difference to a broad range of people. I aspire for my practice to feel welcoming to clients of any cultural background, race, gender, worldview, or faith.

My Approach to Helping

I strive to create a space where my clients can feel safe to access and heal otherwise neglected parts of themselves. My practice is rooted in the Internal Family Systems model of therapy as a way to help people uncover their ability to connect with their own inner resources. I am also drawn to interventions in psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and motivational interviewing. Every client is unique, and I try to tailor my approach to meet your specific needs and to help you achieve your goals.
