My Ideal Client

As a former competitive athlete, I understand the unique challenges that can come with transitioning out of sport as well as the identity shifts that can follow. This experience feeds my passion for supporting individuals navigating performance anxiety as well as complexities of life transitions, especially individuals stepping away from competitive sports. I can help with all kinds of body related concerns such as chronic illness, aging, and body image.

My Approach to Helping

As a therapist at Aspire Psychology, I take a holistic and individualized approach to understanding each person's unique challenges, drawing on evidence-based modalities like CBT, ACT, and solution-focused therapy. I also value the mind-body connection and incorporate this exploration into our work when it aligns with an individual’s needs and goals. I believe that a strong, collaborative, therapeutic relationship is essential for meaningful change. My aim is to help you build resilience and foster personal growth, and I am here every step of the way!

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Outside of my work at Aspire, I love spending time cooking, gardening, paddleboarding, reading crime novels, and exploring the outdoors with my husband and our two dogs Virgil and Sophie.
