My Ideal Client

Are you experiencing a change in life that feels overwhelming or disorienting? Are past experiences causing you to feel "stuck" or showing up in ways that are no longer serving you? If so I would love be part of your support team. I primarily work with adults and adolescents, and welcome folks of any identity. I have specific training in treating trauma, including complex trauma, reproductive and medical trauma, infertility, grief/loss, and perinatal mental health.

My Approach to Helping

My approach is relational and collaborative, and prioritizes the therapist-client relationship. This is a relationship we both choose, and is integral to our work together being effective and meaningful. I work with adults and adolescents of all identities. I have specialized training in trauma treatment, ADHD and neurodivergence, perinatal mental health, parenting, and supporting medical and mental health providers, This allows me to provide evidence-based effective treatment, while using flexible, holistic, and creative approaches that meet your unique needs, based on your lived experiences and goals. I am EMDR certified and find this modality especially effective for processing distressing or traumatic experiences that create "stuck" self-beliefs and patterns. Prior to opening my practice I worked with Midwives and OBGYNs, supporting women across every phase of the lifespan, and have extensive experience working in reproductive health and supporting women in all phases of life.

My Values as a Therapist

I value and respect the diversity of individuals, and my practice is rooted anti-oppressive and anti-racist frameworks. I am committed to lifelong learning and cultural humility, and make this a priority in my professional and personal education and growth. I welcome individuals from all cultures, races, abilities, religions, sexual orientations, and gender identities to work with me.
