My Ideal Client

I specialize in working with the LGBTQ2SIA+ community, communities who face additional barriers due to their identity, and neurodivergent folx. Trauma is extremely difficult to overcome, whether it stems from a one-time event, or an ongoing cycle. Therapy is important for healing, self-compassion, and confidence. It can be scary and intimidating to find a therapist, and I am here to make that search as smooth as possible.

My Approach to Helping

I believe that you are the expert of your own experience and that you are courageous for engaging in this part of your healing journey. The hardest part is often getting started and finding the support you need. With a collaborative approach to therapy, I hope to create a space where you feel understood, respected, validated, and strengthened to explore deeper layers of your experience while being open to self-compassion and growth. Through an eclectic therapeutic approach, we will explore and better understand your identities, your culture, and your overall lived experience to help empower you in the context of your life.

My Values as a Therapist

I value social justice, human rights, equity, personal autonomy and community. I try to live my life in a way that best reflects my values, while also advocating for others when possible.
