Ever feel like you’re in between versions of yourself? Maybe life looks fine on the outside, but something feels off. You’re overthinking everything, feeling anxious or low, or wondering what you actually want. I work with people navigating identity, relationships, career shifts, becoming a parent, leaving sport, and other big life changes. You don’t need to have it all figured out. We can slow things down, get curious, and make room for what’s next.

I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen, understood, and respected. My relational approach means we pay attention to the relationships and experiences that have shaped how you see yourself and others, while also building a trusting therapeutic relationship together. My social work background and years of community-based work inform my focus on connection, identity, boundaries, and the systems around you.
Gender, culture, race, sexuality, relationships, bodies, and systems of power all shape how we move through the world. My background in sexual health education, reproductive justice, and full-spectrum doula work informs how I support clients in questioning the messages they’ve internalized, reclaiming autonomy, and defining what feels right for them.
I believe the mind and body are deeply connected, and that our bodies often communicate things we haven’t found words for yet. As a former athlete and full-spectrum doula, I bring years of experience thinking about bodies, movement, health, trauma, and major physical transitions. I use somatic practices alongside talk therapy to help you build awareness, feel more grounded, and reconnect with your body in ways that feel safe and sustainable.

My background as a social worker and sexual health educator has given me a deep understanding of the ways culture, relationships, sexuality, and expectations shape women’s experiences of themselves and their bodies. I support women navigating body image, reproductive health, relationships, identity, sexuality, and the complicated messages we receive about who we’re supposed to be.
I approach anxiety with a whole-person lens, looking at the connection between your thoughts, body, relationships, environment, and sense of self. We might use mindfulness, somatic practices, cognitive reframing, and acceptance to better understand your anxiety and build tools that actually fit your life. My goal isn’t to give you another list of things to “do right,” but to help you find approaches you can sustain.
As a full-spectrum doula, I’ve supported people through birth, adoption, pregnancy loss, and abortion, and I bring that experience into my therapy work. I support clients navigating the emotional and identity shifts around becoming a parent, as well as the grief and complexity that can come when a pregnancy or path to parenthood doesn’t go as expected.
I work with people navigating PTSD and trauma related to military experiences, abusive or controlling relationships, and other experiences that have disrupted their sense of safety. I’m especially interested in how trauma can affect your body, relationships, identity, and ability to trust yourself. My approach draws from somatic, mindfulness-based, cognitive, and relational practices, with an emphasis on sustainable tools and moving at a pace that feels right for you.
I see adjustment as more than simply learning to “cope” with change. Whether you’re navigating an injury, career shift, relationship change, parenthood, or another identity transition, we can explore what’s changed and what you need now. I draw from motivational interviewing, mindfulness, cognitive reframing, and strengths-based work to help you find realistic ways forward that feel sustainable for your actual life.
