My Ideal Client

Life entails growth and change, with unforeseen struggles sometimes throwing us off balance. Support can be vital at these moments. I work with you to address things like grief, women’s issues, stress, anxiety, spirituality, faith transitions, and other challenges.

My Approach to Helping

My approach is to come alongside you in a caring, safe, and supportive space. I integrate Restoration Therapy (identifying painful patterns and making mindful choices), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and person-centered care. I am certified in Restoration Therapy Level One and Gottman Method Level One for couples. I also worked as a teacher for 21 years helping individuals address disorganization and developmental issues.

Why We are a Good Fit for You

Feeling stuck or overwhelmed can be incredibly heavy, and it’s more common than you might think. With me you’ll find a compassionate, supportive space where you’re not judged, only understood. Together, we’ll work toward relief, confidence, and the life you want to build. I would be honored to walk with you on a path towards healing. Reach out today.

Techniques I Use

Specialties

  • Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) External link

I integrate Restoration Therapy with evidence-based cognitive behavioral approaches to help clients not only change unhelpful thought patterns, but feel safer, more grounded, and more connected in their lives. While CBT offers powerful tools for understanding thoughts and behaviors, I believe lasting change happens when emotional safety, nervous system regulation, and relational healing come first.

  • Gottman Method External link

By integratingRestoration Therapy and the Gottman Method, I help individuals and couples understand painful relational patterns and make intentional, healthier choices.

  • Solution Focused Brief Therapy External link

I utilize Solution-Focused Brief Therapy with Restoration Therapy to help clients understand unhelpful emotional and relational patterns while also identifying strengths and practical, forward-moving steps for change. This approach increases awareness of emotional and behavioral responses and brings clarity to goals, supporting meaningful and sustainable growth.
