Life naturally brings seasons of growth, change, and uncertainty. At times, these experiences can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or questioning our path forward. Therapy offers a space to explore these challenges with curiosity and compassion. Together, we can address concerns such as grief and loss, anxiety, stress, women’s issues, spirituality, faith transitions, and other life experiences while cultivating greater self-trust, clarity, and resilience.
Specialties
I integrate Restoration Therapy with evidence-based cognitive behavioral approaches to help clients not only change unhelpful thought patterns, but feel safer, more grounded, and more connected in their lives. While CBT offers powerful tools for understanding thoughts and behaviors, I believe lasting change happens when emotional safety, nervous system regulation, and relational healing come first.
I utilize Solution-Focused Brief Therapy with Restoration Therapy to help clients understand unhelpful emotional and relational patterns while also identifying strengths and practical, forward-moving steps for change. This approach increases awareness of emotional and behavioral responses and brings clarity to goals, supporting meaningful and sustainable growth.
By integratingRestoration Therapy and the Gottman Method, I help individuals and couples understand painful relational patterns and make intentional, healthier choices.
