My Ideal Client

Life can feel overwhelming when we're caught in painful patterns, disconnected from ourselves, or struggling in our relationships. Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and create meaningful change. As an integrative therapist, I work with teens, adults, and couples to better understand the emotional, relational, and thought patterns that shape their lives and relationships.

My Approach to Helping

My approach is grounded in the belief that each person already possesses strengths and capacities for growth. Together, we create a space to explore challenges, gain insight into recurring patterns, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others. I value the therapeutic relationship as a central part of the healing process and strive to provide a warm, collaborative environment where clients feel safe to be authentic. Drawing from Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Equine Assisted Therapy, and Sandtray Therapy, I tailor treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, or a desire for deeper self-understanding, I seek to help you move toward greater connection, resilience, and fulfillment.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I hold a masters degree in Marriage Couple and Family Counseling from George Fox University. My focus in graduate school was on Couples Therapy, Family Therapy, and Child-Centered Play Therapy. I'm passionate about helping people through challenges and believe that all people have inherent strengths which are key to working through problems and growing in life. I believe that people heal and grow when they have the support they need. Outside of therapy, I'm an active person who loves spending time outside adventuring and hanging out with family and my dog (Remi). I'm passionate about supporting people from walks of life, and I have special interests in working with people who are struggling with identity and self-confidence challenges. My passion for therapy and helping others comes from growing up living in many different countries as a missionary and experiencing both the challenges that humans experience and the incredible things that we are capable of doing together.
