My perspective is based in empowering you and uses a harm reduction lens. I use a humanistic approach and am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

I am an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist. I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work at the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College in New York City and a Master’s Degree in Education with a specialization in Human Sexuality and Sex Therapy from Widener University in Pennsylvania.
