My Ideal Client

I’m a compassionate therapist who works with children, teens, and adults, creating a safe and supportive space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I tailor my approach to each person’s unique needs and experiences, helping clients navigate challenges, build healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. My goal is to support clients in creating meaningful, lasting change at their own pace.

My Approach to Helping

I am passionate about supporting individuals from all backgrounds as they navigate life's challenges and transitions. I strive to meet each client where they are and provide a compassionate, supportive environment for growth and healing. Although I specialize in working with children, I enjoy working with clients of all ages. My person-centered, interpersonal approach empowers clients to identify their goals, strengthen their relationships, and create meaningful change in their lives. I utilize modalities as deemed appropriate to tailor an experience best suited for your individual needs. I borrow from a variety of different evidence-based practices, including but not limited to: DBT, CBT, Play Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Family Systems. It would be my honor to work alongside you or your child, offering a safe and non-judgmental space to promote healing and work on overcoming life challenges. I have availability immediately for individual psychotherapy both in-person and telehealth.

My Values as a Therapist

I believe therapy should be a collaborative, compassionate, and judgment-free space where every person feels respected and valued. I approach each client with curiosity, empathy, and an appreciation for their individual strengths, experiences, and perspectives. I value building trusting relationships, honoring each person’s pace, and creating an environment where clients feel safe to be authentic, explore difficult emotions, and grow. My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel supported, understood, and empowered in their own lives.
