I specialize in therapy with teens and adults (individual and relationships), and have experience across outpatient and inpatient settings. I greatly value working with LGBTQIA(2S)+ individuals, and those of non-conforming identities. I love the work I do, and genuinely care about those I work with. I integrate empirically validated approaches with a mix of traditional therapy and metaphysical healing components. I provide a therapeutic presence that is grounding, nurturing, and sincere.
