My Ideal Client

I’m here for those seeking support in navigating identity, relationships, life transitions, and cultural or systemic challenges. I honor your unique background and center inclusivity, curiosity, and collaboration in our work. Together, we’ll explore your stories, highlighting resilience, reclaiming your voice, and fostering meaningful transformation.

My Background and Approach

Originally trained as a psychotherapist in Brazil, I bring a multicultural lens to my work. I am currently pursuing my MA in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy with a specialization in sexuality. My approach is grounded in collaborative-dialogical and narrative practices. I see clients as the experts in their own lives, and my role is to support and guide the therapeutic process. I show up with curiosity, openness, and without judgment, working alongside clients to explore new possibilities and directions. I value building a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, respect, and collaboration, creating a space where my clients feel supported to re-author their stories and move toward meaningful change.

My Values as a Therapist

As a queer, neurodivergent, and Latina therapist-in-training, I bring lived experience and deep care into my work. I approach therapy through a social justice lens, honoring how identity, culture, and systemic forces shape our lives. I strive to create an affirming space where clients - especially those from marginalized or underrepresented communities - feel seen, heard, and supported. My work is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and a commitment to gently questioning dominant narratives. I believe healing happens in relationship, and I am dedicated to walking alongside clients as we open new possibilities for meaning, reclaim their voice, and move toward the life they want to live.
