My Ideal Client

I’m here for those seeking support in navigating identity, relationships, life transitions, and cultural or systemic challenges. I honor your unique background and center inclusivity, curiosity, and collaboration in our work. Together, we’ll explore your stories, highlighting resilience, reclaiming your voice, and fostering meaningful transformation.

My Background and Approach

Originally trained as a psychotherapist in Brazil, I bring a multicultural lens to my work. I’m currently pursuing my MA in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy with a specialization in sexuality. My therapeutic approach is grounded in collaborative-dialogical and narrative practices, influenced by postmodern and social constructionist ideas. Clients are the experts in their lives and my role as the therapist is being the expert in the process of doing therapy. I maintain a position of “not-knowing” - being genuinely curious and non-judgmental - by exploring possible routes in therapy in partnership with my clients. This allows me to cultivate a therapeutic relationship built on clients’ autonomy, with openness, collaboration and respect, creating a space where clients feel safe and supported to re-author their lives and embrace transformation.

My Values as a Therapist

As a queer, neurodivergent, and Latina therapist-in-training, I bring lived experience and deep care to my work. I approach therapy through a socially just lens, honoring the ways identity, culture, and systemic forces shape our lives. I strive to create an affirming space where clients — especially those from marginalized or underrepresented communities — feel seen, heard, and supported. My work is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and a commitment to deconstructing dominant narratives. I believe healing happens in relationship, and I am dedicated to walking alongside clients as we open new possibilities for meaning, reclaim their voice, and move toward the life they aspire.

I also hold certifications in Narrative Therapy and in Collaborative-Dialogical Practices, allowing me to better support clients.
