My Approach

I take an integrated approach to therapy that is tailored to each individual's needs. Collaboration is imperative for therapy to be effective, as I believe that every person is the expert of his or her life. Together we can work on empowering you to make the changes you want for your life.

My Background

I hold a Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University (a CACREP-accredited institution). I am also a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Certified Grief Counselor (GC-C). I published a book in 2017 titled "Empowerment Through Mythology: A Clinician's Guide to Narrative Group Therapy for Survivors of Trauma and Abuse." I also have a YouTube Channel called "Mental Health Minute with Kim."
