My Approach to Helping

I take an integrated approach to therapy that is tailored to each individual's needs. Collaboration is imperative for therapy to be effective, as I believe that every person is the expert of their life. Together we can work on empowering you to make the changes you want for your life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I hold a Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Certified Grief Informed Professiona (CGP), and a Level 2 Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II). I published a book in 2017 titled "Empowerment Through Mythology: A Clinician's Guide to Narrative Group Therapy for Survivors of Trauma and Abuse." I also have a YouTube Channel called "Mental Health Minute with Kim."
