Most people I work with weren't handed a clear map for their lives - their path has felt unwelcoming or uncertain, whether due to identity, relationship structure, or neurodivergence. I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and attachment wounds; LGBTQIA+ clients; those in non-monogamous or polyamorous relationships; and people forging a path beyond the norms they were raised with. Wherever you land - all of you belongs here.
Specialties
I'm trained at Level I & II in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, a body-based, neurobiologically informed approach that works with both body and mind to reorganize trauma-held beliefs, emotions, and physical responses - going beyond talk to work with what the nervous system is holding.
I draw on psychodynamic theory to explore how earlier experiences and relational patterns continue to shape present-day feelings, behaviors, and relationships, helping clients understand the roots of what they're working through, not just the symptoms.
Specialties
I help clients metabolize trauma using sensorimotor and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy approaches, working with the body's stored responses alongside cognitive processing. Rather than only talking through what happened, we track what's held in the nervous system - building capacity to feel safe, present, and back in control of your life.
I support clients navigating major life transitions - relationship changes, identity shifts, career upheaval, loss - who feel destabilized by change they did or didn't fully choose or expect. Together we build steadiness and a felt sense of safety while you find your footing again.
I work with clients within all relationship structures, helping them build ethical, honest relating without pathologizing their chosen configuration. Together we work through communicating needs and boundaries clearly, jealousy and attachment activation, repairing trust after rupture, and staying connected to yourself as your relationships grow and change.
