My Ideal Client

My clients are those seeking meaningful connection and transformation, whether through addressing personal and relational challenges or exploring deeper aspects of the self. I aim to create a space where clients can feel seen, understood, and supported as they deepen self-awareness and author their own authentic way of being.

My Background and Approach

I am a Master’s-level intern in Naropa University’s Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling program, bringing years of experience as a Guide and Senior Integration Coach in psychedelic-assisted therapy. My background includes nearly two decades in design and creativity, which informs a sensitivity to process, rhythm, and beauty in the healing space. I have also navigated seasons of burnout, chronic illness, and profound spiritual experiences, which deepened my humility, compassion, and capacity to sit with complexity. My approach is person-centered, experiential, and trauma-informed, weaving somatic awareness and cultural sensitivity into the therapeutic process. I hold certification as a Functional Health Coach and integrate holistic perspectives that honor the mind-body connection.

Why I Became a Therapist

My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by lived experience, creative practice, and a deep respect for the complexity of being human. I have navigated seasons that taught me resilience, authenticity, and the value of connection, which now inspire my work with others. Time spent traveling and in cross-cultural, nature-connected learning environments deepened my understanding of healing as relational, shaped by story, rooted in community, and connected to the land. Becoming a therapist allows me to integrate my background in creativity, holistic health, and transpersonal psychology in service of healing and transformation.

Techniques I Use

Specialties

  • Coaching External link

With certification as a Functional Health Coach and years as a Senior Integration Coach in psychedelic-assisted therapy, I bring a coaching lens to support practical change alongside insight. Coaching helps clients set goals, increase accountability, and experiment with new ways of living. I integrate this orientation with a therapeutic approach, creating a space that is both supportive and action-oriented.

  • Existential External link

I draw from existential perspectives to help clients explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives and relationships. Many come to therapy at times of transition, loss, or reimagining their direction. Together we explore choice, responsibility, and the courage to live in alignment with values.

  • Gestalt External link

Gestalt therapy resonates deeply with my relational style and experiential focus. I invite clients into present-moment awareness, exploring patterns as they arise in the here and now. Through dialogue, embodiment, and creative experiments, clients discover new possibilities for contact, growth, and integration. My training and lived practice emphasize curiosity, relational authenticity, and supporting clients in integrating parts of the self into greater wholeness.

  • Humanistic  External link

Humanistic values of empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard guide the heart of my work. I view clients as already whole, with innate wisdom and capacity for growth. I honor each person’s unique pace and strengths, bringing a collaborative, person-centered approach that fosters self-trust, creativity, and the development of deeper self-acceptance and authentic expression.

  • Transpersonal External link

My training in Transpersonal Counseling at Naropa grounds my work in integrating mind, body, and spirit. I support clients in exploring not only symptoms and patterns, but also the deeper dimensions of meaning, creativity, and spirituality. My experience guiding psychedelic-assisted therapy and time in cross-cultural learning inform a compassionate, holistic approach that invites transformation and wholeness.
