My Ideal Client

I work with individuals, couples, and teens navigating anxiety, depression, relationship and motivation concerns, school or work stress, and the general weight of the world. I am an AASECT-certified sex therapist and welcome LGBTQ+, gender-affirming, and ENM clients. I also have experience supporting medical care providers.

My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that each person’s experiences and reality are unique, shaped by a wide range of factors. I work from a stance of openness, respect, curiosity, and an awareness of power dynamics. I take a balanced approach—often allowing clients to lead while also offering guidance, feedback, and gentle direction to support movement toward your goals. When appropriate, I incorporate humor and lightheartedness into our work together.
