I specialize in the treatments of eating disorders, with a focus on exercise compulsion and poor body image. In our first few sessions together, you can expect me to collaborate on your goals with compassion, insight, and solution focused interventions. Throughout treatment together, you can expect therapeutic approaches and education around diet-culture, fat liberation, and exercise redemption.

My clinical specialization is in the treatments and interventions of those struggling with eating disorders, compulsive exercise, and poor body image. My therapeutic approach is inclusive of trauma informed care and strengths-based perspectives that centers body safety, fat liberation, and inclusivity. I believe that we are the experts in our own lived experiences, therefore I prioritize collaboration in the change and therapeutic process.     I have a specialization in the treatments of eating disorders, and experience over the past 12 years in higher levels of treatment. I have experience working with folx with eating disorders and co-occurring disorders, including adolescents and their families, and adults, in residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. I will provide a safe, healing, inclusive, empowering space to navigate life's challenges and the non-linear journey of recovery maintenance.
