My Ideal Client
I enjoy working with individuals, from tweens to adults, and couples through a person-centered, emotionally-focused approach while incorporating CBT and a family systems framework. I provide a welcoming and safe environment where folks have the opportunity to connect and heal. I also work with individuals who have experienced complex trauma and are looking for a safe and supportive environment to be themselves. I am currently receiving training in EMDR.
