My Ideal Client

I work with teens and adults navigating grief, depression, trauma, substance use, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My ideal clients are those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next. I especially enjoy supporting people who are seeking deeper self-understanding, healing from past experiences, changing unhealthy patterns, or building a more meaningful and connected life.

My Approach to Helping

I utilize a collaborative approach in therapy and believe that healing happens within safe and attuned relationships. I see you as the expert in your own life, and my role is to help you better understand yourself, your experiences, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I draw from trauma-informed, relational, and whole-person approaches, incorporating tools such as Internal Family Systems, DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation when they feel supportive and relevant. I believe healing is not about fixing what is “wrong” with you, but creating space to understand and care for the parts of you that have developed to survive. Together, we can work toward greater self-compassion, connection, authenticity, and a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

Why I Became a Therapist

I became a therapist because I know how transformative it can be to have someone walk alongside you during the hardest seasons of life. My own experiences with healing taught me that change is possible when we are met with compassion, understanding, and the opportunity to truly understand ourselves. Throughout my work in mental health, I have been continually humbled by the courage people bring to their healing. I have found a deep passion for supporting people through grief, trauma, substance use, depression, and the many experiences that can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves. I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to heal, feel understood, and build a life that feels authentic and meaningful.
