My Ideal Client

My clients feel they have a supportive and empathetic provider who offers a listening ear and establishes a therapeutic alliance with them. Together, we establish sustainable treatment goals to help them feel informed, motivated and empowered to manage their daily stressors and mental health challenges. I have been managing clients suffering from depression, anxiety disorder, ADHD and bipolar since 2019. I use evidence-based treatment modalities and at the same time have a holistic approach.

I have been in the clinical field for fifteen years and I am very culturally competent being exposed to different cultures and lifestyles.

My Approach to Helping

I offer a listening ear without judgement or bias understanding that we are all on different paths and have been on different paths. We may carry different trauma from past experiences and may have current stressors affecting our mental health and hindering us from living our lives to our fullest potential. I am trained and experienced in various therapy modalities to overcome challenges and develop new life skills to help my clients live fulfilling lives. I also use medication management were needed to alleviate mental health struggles. I look forward to working together with you to establish and accomplish goals which we create together.
