My Ideal Client

I see those who sit on the intersection of identity and are yearning to feel, express, and be seen, including those who are LGBTQ+, BIPOC, bicultural, neurodiverse, trans, queer, polyamorous/ENM, kinky, and/or living with chronic illness and disabilities. I also enjoy working with couples who are taking the first steps towards more cohesive communication and connection.

My Background and Approach

My therapeutic approach is grounded in my identities as a queer, South Asian mixed race person. This means I understand what it can feel like to not be able to be yourself or to feel unwelcome or misunderstood. Our pasts, our relationships with others, our communities, and the greater systems that surround us are all influential parts of who we are and how we feel in the world. Challenges happen when these things come into conflict with who we are and who we yearn to be. My role is to guide you towards understanding, reconnection, and acceptance of yourself, and to help you find the words to lovingly communicate all of who you are to those that love, care, and show up for you. I use Narrative Therapy, Attachment based models, Intergenerational models, & IFS techniques.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My beliefs are grounded in transformative justice, community building, and the idea that living in loving relationship with yourself and others is possible.
