My Ideal Client

I work with individuals and couples struggling with relationship challenges, anxiety, and patterns that feel hard to break. Many feel stuck and frustrated repeating the same dynamics. I help clients gain clarity about what’s driving these patterns by developing stronger self-awareness and building healthier ways of relating—so they can feel more grounded, confident, and connected in their lives and relationships. I also specialize helping women break free from trauma bonds with harmful partners.

My Approach to Helping

My approach is collaborative and relational, creating a space to explore both present challenges and the deeper patterns shaping your life. I draw from a Jungian, insight-oriented perspective—working with emotions, unconscious dynamics, dreams, and creativity—to help you understand yourself more deeply and break free from patterns that no longer serve you. For couples, I use the Gottman Method—an evidence-based approach that focuses on improving communication, rebuilding trust, and strengthening emotional connection. Together, we identify patterns that lead to conflict or disconnection and develop practical tools to help you communicate more effectively, navigate challenges, and feel more connected.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that meaningful change comes from honoring your strengths, the wisdom of your experience, and your capacity for insight and growth. This happens as you connect more deeply with yourself—both the parts you’re aware of and those that may be less visible or harder to access. I offer a collaborative, relational space where you can explore what’s present at your own pace. My work is depth-oriented and grounded in a Jungian perspective, with attention to emotions, patterns, dreams, and the unconscious to support greater self-understanding and integration. With couples, I integrate the Gottman Method to support healthier communication, repair, and a stronger emotional connection.
