My Background and Approach

As a therapist, my goal is to connect with clients and collaborate with them to identify their goals and work toward positive outcomes. My approach includes a variety of research-based approaches including CBT, TF-CBT, CPT, IFS, and mindfulness. I work from a client-centered, trauma-informed lens and have extensive experience treating trauma, depression, and anxiety with children, adolescents, and adults. I have experience working in a Child Advocacy Center, residential treatment, therapeutic foster care, and outpatient settings. I have supervised CSWAs toward licensure and MSW student interns.
