Are you ready to finally understand why your relationships have felt so hard and create lasting change? Whether you're coming as an individual or within an important relationship, we'll explore how past experiences have shaped the ways you've learned to connect, protect yourself, and belong, and how you can create healthier, more secure relationships.
Specialties
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is the foundation of my work with both individuals and relationships. Through an attachment-based lens, I help clients understand the emotional patterns that keep them feeling stuck and create new experiences of connection, emotional safety, and secure relationships.
Attachment theory is at the heart of how I understand people and relationships. Together, we'll explore how early experiences shaped the ways you've learned to connect, protect yourself, and seek closeness, creating new experiences of emotional safety, secure connection, and healthier relationships.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) helps us understand that every part of us developed for a reason. Rather than trying to get rid of difficult thoughts, emotions, or behaviors, we'll approach them with curiosity and compassion, creating greater self-understanding, healing, and more authentic relationships.
A relational approach recognizes that we're shaped through our relationships and often heal through them as well. Together, we'll explore how your experiences have influenced the way you connect, protect yourself, and belong while creating healthier, more secure relationships.
Our families shape far more than our childhoods; they influence how we communicate, set boundaries, manage conflict, and experience connection throughout life. Understanding these patterns helps us create healthier, more authentic relationships.
Specialties
Relationships are at the heart of my work. I help individuals and relationships understand the patterns that keep them feeling stuck, strengthen emotional safety, and create deeper, more secure connections. Together, we'll explore how attachment, family-of-origin experiences, and protective strategies shape the way you relate to yourself and others.
Family relationships can shape us long after childhood ends. I help clients understand the lasting impact of family dysfunction, emotional neglect, conflict, and estrangement while creating healthier boundaries, greater emotional safety, and more secure relationships with themselves and others.
Trauma isn't always the result of a single event. It can also develop through childhood experiences, emotional neglect, chronic misunderstanding, or living in environments where you didn't feel safe to be yourself. I help clients understand how these experiences shape relationships, self-worth, and the nervous system while creating new experiences of emotional safety, secure connection, and lasting healing.
Many adults with ADHD have spent years feeling "too much," "not enough," or misunderstood. Through a neurodiversity-affirming, attachment-based approach, we'll explore how personal experiences and larger systems have shaped your relationship with yourself, fostering greater self-compassion, connection, and emotional safety.
I provide an affirming, attachment-based space for people in polyamorous and consensually non-monogamous relationships. Together, we'll strengthen communication, navigate relationship challenges, and create greater emotional safety while honoring the unique values and agreements that shape your relationships.
