My Ideal Client

I support adolescents and adults in moving past areas where they feel stuck or providing support and a place to process. I am culturally competent to support first responders and human trafficking survivors. I have worked with teens for over 20 years, and am skilled at resolving family conflict, improving coping skills, and creating structure and support, allowing your child to thrive.

My Approach to Helping

I work to equip my clients with tangible tools and skills they can implement in their lives immediately. I utilize evidence-based practices and techniques in an eclectic manner to meet each client where they are and provide care that is the best fit for them.

Why I Became a Therapist

I find purpose and meaning in helping people feel seen, heard, loved, and cared for. I have worked extensively in counter-human trafficking and supporting sexual assault survivors, domestic violence survivors, teens, and first responders, and found the most effective way for me to live that purpose is to become a mental health clinician. I am deeply passionate about creating safe spaces and building relationships that allow people to experience healing and growth.
