Welcome to Tended Root Integrative Psychiatry + Somatics. My name is Roe Cohen Jules, I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and somatic therapist, and I run a medical practice resourcing the mind and body through integrative psychiatry and somatic bodywork.

A central part of my role as your provider is to earn the trust of the parts of you that are hiding, and who long to feel free again. There are endless experiences that shape our sense of safety within our minds and bodies, our families and the greater context of the world. In this work we explore where you feel stagnant, repressed, or disorganized. With therapy, medication and behavioral strategies, we invite you into a new shape - one that has capacity to hold you in the life you envision for yourself.
