Welcome, I am glad you found your way here. My psychiatry container is an offering to both the collective grief and systemic barriers queer and Trans people face, as well as a celebration of our being. I believe the anxiety, pain, and overwhelm often experienced in these times are responses appropriate to the stressors, and not reflective of who we are. My practice weaves together integrative psychiatry, somatic therapy, and bodywork to support your nervous system and witness your becoming.

What I Specialize In

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing integrative psychiatric care for queer and Trans individuals, centering identity, embodiment, and belonging. My work supports people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions, always with curiosity and respect for the ecology of your lived experience. I also specialize in perinatal mental health. Before becoming a PMHNP, I spent over a decade in birth work as a labor and delivery nurse, a home birth doula, and offering perinatal bodywork. In 2020, I trained in somatic therapy and internal pelvic floor therapy, integrating body-based and psychiatric approaches to support the thresholds of pregnancy, loss, birth, and postpartum. My practice offers celebratory care for queer and Trans individuals and families, honoring both the vulnerability and resilience of family-building. As a trans parent raising two children, I bring lived experience and deep gratitude to this work.
