My style can be summarized as a gentle cheerleader. I offer warmth, encouragement, and space for honest reflection—with a little laughter along the way (who says therapy has to be so serious or scary all the time?). I tailor sessions to meet your needs and incorporate tangible tools you can start using right away. It is never too late to rediscover joy, meaning, or connection and I would be happy to support you in that journey.

MindTree believes there isn't one path to wellness but rather multiple ways to reach our happiest, healthiest, and most fulfilled selves. In addition to traditional therapy approaches, we incorporate more holistic approaches such as somatic therapy as well as integrative therapy services. Our practice also includes additional optional services of trauma-informed yoga, hypnotherapy, and reiki healing.
