My Ideal Client

The multitude of changes and emerging emotions that come about during ages 12+ can make it hard for teens and young adults to focus, connect, or simply feel like themselves. I help young people navigate these tough emotions and life changes that come with growing up. If you or your child feels overwhelmed, stuck, or isolated, therapy can be a safe place to regain confidence, build resilience, and find hope for the future.

What I Specialize In

I specialize in working with adolescents (ages 12-19), young adults, and families navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, social skills, and sensory differences, all of which uniquely impact learning and daily life. My experience includes roles as a school-based therapist and special education therapist. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), approaches that support processing and resilience-building. I especially connect with clients who may feel hesitant about therapy, whether due to concerns about forming a connection or its effectiveness and strive to create a space that is both meaningful and lighthearted, where growth can happen in a supportive, fun way.

I partner with parents to create a supportive environment and help improve communication between teens and their loved ones. Together, we develop personalized strategies that truly fit the individual as healing and growth can look different for everyone.
