My Ideal Client

You may be doing well in many areas of your life while still feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns of overthinking. While managing a demanding career, school, relationships, or other responsibilities, you might privately struggle with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, self-criticism, difficult past experiences, or ways of coping that no longer feel helpful. Therapy can offer a space to better understand these patterns and begin relating to yourself and your experiences differently.

My Approach to Helping

I’m a licensed psychologist with particular interests in anxiety, OCD, trauma and PTSD, relationship concerns, and LGBTQIA+ mental health. I also work with concerns related to ADHD and autism and particularly value working with neurodivergent patients. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Compassion-Focused Therapy, tailoring our work to your individual needs. Together, we’ll approach what you’re experiencing with curiosity rather than judgment. Our work may include making space for difficult emotions, developing a more compassionate relationship with yourself, and creating more room to make intentional choices that reflect what matters most to you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My work with LGBTQIA+ patients is especially meaningful to me, both personally and professionally. I also bring a neurodiversity-affirming perspective to therapy and value making space for different ways of thinking, experiencing, and moving through the world. While these are areas I’m especially drawn to, I welcome patients who come to therapy with a wide range of concerns, experiences, and reasons for seeking support. If my approach resonates with you, I invite you to reach out to explore whether we might be a good fit.
