My Ideal Client

I offer both telehealth appointments and in-person visits at my office in Southeast Portland. I specialize in the treatment of adult ADHD using medication management, psychotherapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. I also work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma, bipolar disorder, insomnia, and relationship issues.

My Approach to Helping

My philosophy is holistic and collaborative. I integrate psychiatric medication management with psychotherapy and mindfulness practices. I believe healing occurs through both evidence-based treatment and genuine human connection. Outside of my clinical work, I am a practicing meditator who has completed numerous silent meditation retreats. I enjoy integrating principles from mindfulness and Buddhist psychology when they align with a patient's interests.
