You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or weighed down by the pressures of daily life. Maybe you’ve been carrying old wounds, navigating painful relationships, or struggling to feel like your authentic self in a world that doesn’t always make space for you. You want relief, but also real healing—a chance to feel grounded, connected, and empowered in your own life. As a queer, neurodivergent therapist, I understand the importance of honoring intersecting identities and systemic influences.
Specialties
Supporting gender identity means understanding how gender shapes your experiences, relationships, and sense of self. I provide a safe, affirming space to explore your gender, whether you are questioning, affirming, or simply reflecting on your identity. Together, we can navigate societal pressures, past experiences, and internalized messages, helping you feel seen, empowered, and fully aligned with who you are.
Being LGBTQIA+ affirming means recognizing how sexuality and gender shape every part of a person’s life. As a member of the community, I’m committed to ensuring queer voices are represented and understood in mental health spaces. Whether you’re exploring your sexuality or already have a strong sense of self, we can work together to navigate your experiences, celebrate your identity, and support you in living a life that feels truly authentic.
I work with individuals and couples navigating challenges in all kinds of relationships—monogamous, polyamorous, kinky, or otherwise non-traditional. In our sessions, sex is never off-limits; we can explore intimacy, desire, and sexual concerns openly and without judgment. I also help you explore how attachment patterns show up in your relationships, so you can understand old dynamics, communicate more clearly, and build connections that feel authentic, satisfying, and uniquely yours.
